Later the group forayed in the business of Jewellery through Titan Tanishq enterprises in Jhansi,Being the first and one of a kind initiative in the Bundelkhand region.
In the able leadership and vision of Mr. R S Baghel the group started its ventures in Two wheelers business through Hero Motocorp sales,service and spares.
The most recent development in the group came in the year of 2013 when the group tied up with the world most leading brand in Automobiles,i.e. Toyota.
The group has well laid down Human reource policies and Infrastructure.
